Coaches

Lead Coach - Rob Mannella

Rob Mannella brings a lifelong passion for sports and more than 10 years of coaching experience to Anchor Athletics. Having played and coached a wide variety of sports, Rob believes that exposure to multiple sports helps kids stay engaged, build confidence, and develop well-rounded athletic skills.

A former multi-sport athlete, Rob played baseball at Ryerson University and spent 14 years competing in rep baseball, earning multiple provincial and national championships. He also captained the Redeemer Royals men’s basketball team, where he led the program in scoring and ranked among the top players in the OCAA. Today, Rob is passionate about creating a fun, supportive camp environment where kids can build skills, friendships, and a lifelong love of sport.

Rob is currently a teacher at LAMA (Literacy And Mathematics Academy).

All-In-One Camp

Anchor Athletics brings everything parents want into one fun, well-rounded camp experience. Instead of focusing on just one sport, kids are introduced to a variety of games including basketball, dodgeball, kickball, soccer, flag football, wiffle ball, and more. The variety keeps kids engaged, active, and excited each day while helping them build skills, confidence, and a love for movement in a positive, supportive environment.
